While carrying out this study, initially thorough review was done on Documentation development cycle-both spiral and waterfall model and then final implementation and verification was done in project-based SME for creation of standard project documents, validation of its working, pros & cons involved in the project and also bottlenecks for achieving the project timelines. The document is the best tool to communicate with all sets of people from rookies to experts. This study examines the documentation development cycle and provides detailed analysis to help managers in developing documents that can be further used as baseline data for various activities such as providing project inputs, developing project guidelines, and tracking the project status as well as timelines. Project documentation is the essence of any project and designing this documentation is a crucial assignment to do. It was also found that employees feel that their organizations are not fully acceptive of ethnic differences amongst the employees. Findings revealed that there is significant difference amongst Male and Female respondents with respect to how they perceive Age Diversity in their organization. Weighted Mean, t-test and ANOVA were used to analyse the data. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire. The sampling technique adopted was Purposive sampling since only employees of the booming IT sector were asked to be a part of the study.
